With 20 years of framing experience between them, Billie Colson & Melissa Barbee make a great team for your framing needs. 
Billie, as an artist herself is quick to come up with design ideas for your framing. She worked with Marcy Oliver for 6 years when she moved to Colorado and then partnered with Art of the Rockies in 2006 with Independence Gallery.

Melissa is also a skilled artist.You will be amazed by her attention to detail and creative ideas about shadowbox framing. She found her way to framing when she was hired as an administrative assistant for a fine art print company.  She quickly bored of filing and dusting and soon made herself indispensable helping designing the framing for trade shows and galleries.

Those experiences led to a job with a custom frame shop where she found a mentor who nurtured her skills and encouraged her earn her certification through the Professional Picture Framers Association. Throughout the years she has framed everything from children’s art to priceless historical documents and many things in between.
