PASTEL ARTIST

I paint impressionistic landscapes of Colorado and am drawn to the unending beauty of nature. I find the process to be calming and joyful. I paint in the pastel medium and appreciate the immediacy of seeing the desired image appear quickly and spontaneously. That is, of course, after careful planning! 

 

I am a member of the Pastel Society of Colorado. I have taken classes from many award-winning artists including Marla Baggetta, Barbara Jaenicke, and Alain Picard.

My goals are to continually improve my abilities, and to get my work into the hands of people for them to enjoy.
